Great treatment by Dr. Jessica and supporting staff. Dr Jessica is very professional and is great at explaining in detail what’s your situation/diagnosis and treatment plans to address it. The team is great. The reason I give it 4 stars is because I came for a specific concern or issue, and they wanted to do a full maintenance on me. Like when you go to a mechanic to get your oil change and they end up saying you need to fix a bunch of stuff. And it wasn’t anything cheap or inexpensive. It was a deep cleansing of almost $1,000k plus other major work. The lady that deals with the billing and payments was nice and when I told her I wasn’t prepared for all of that her attitude changed and she started being rude and inpatient. She was upset for no reason. She algo got upset because she wanted to give me an appointment with a Periodontist and she didn’t have a time a lot that fit my needs and schedule. He or she only comes to office once a month. I didn’t feel comfortable with her attitude. I will reflect on whether I will be staying with the practice or if I should go elsewhere. After all, there are hundreds of other dentistries in Virginia.

The practice is excellent. Dentist Jessica Hatem discussed and suggested course of treatment. Staff were kind and helpful and very professional. Office manager went above and beyond accommodating me with my finances. My wait time was minimal. I heartily recommend this practice!

Incredible experience! I’ve always avoided going to the dentist due to bad past experiences, but thanks to this office I’ve regained my confidence. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed the entire staff was kind, professional, and attentive. Dr. Hatem explained every step with patience, I didn’t even feel the anesthesia, and after my cleaning I have never felt better. Everyone at the front desk, assistants, and hygienist made everything smooth and comfortable. You can truly tell they care about their patients. Highly recommend
